The Company’s Executive Chairman and founder of the Adani Group has over 25 years of varied business experience. Under his leadership, Adani Group has emerged as a diversified Energy and Logistics conglomerate with interests in Power Generation & Transmission, Coal Trading & Mining, Gas Distribution, Oil & Gas Exploration, along with Ports, Special Economic Zones et al.

While absorbing the scenario of large Energy  and Infrastructure deficits in India, he built his business model on the principles of value chain integration and seamless execution in achieving superior economics.

Through continuous learning, unwavering focus he has crossed many milestones in his journey towards building an India that is infrastructuraly sound and strong and energy self-sufficient

Rajesh S. Adani

The Managing Director of the Company has been associated with Adani Enterprises Limited since its incorporation. He is in charge of the operations of the Company and has been responsible for developing its business relationships. His proactive and personalized approach to business and competitive spirit have been catalysts in the conglomerate’s growth.

Vasant S. Adani

He is a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company who looks into the administrative aspects of the Adani Group with over 30 years experience in management and real estate development.

Dr. Amratlal C. Shah

He is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company and has over three decades of banking experience and is the former CMD of Bank of Baroda. He has also served on the Board of various reputed companies, such as UTI Bank Ltd, Reliance Capital Ltd., Jet Airways Ltd., to name a few. Dr. A.C. Shah has also chaired several committees on banking including those set by RBI.

Dr. Pravin P. Shah

He is a Ph.D in Finance and a Chartered Accountant with four decades of professional experience in the areas of corporate consultancy, deal structuring, business restructuring, M & A, domestic & international taxations, valuations, corporate and capital market laws, FEMA, domestic & international arbitrations, property matters, financial consultancy. He has also published several books and  technical papers, in India and abroad.

Jay H. Shah

He is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is a businessman with  a wide experience in the Commodities sector and brings his business acumen and strategy inputs to the Company..

Yoshihiro Miwa

He is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company and has wide experience in Commercial Science and Business Administration. He is also the chairman of Kowa Company Limited, Japan.

Anil Ahuja

He is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company and has over 20 years of experience in international financial services. He is one of the earliest private equity investors in India, with over 10 years of investment experience. In the past, he has worked with 3i Group Plc., JP Morgan Partners Asia and Citibank, Mumbai.

Surendra Kumar Tuteja

He is an Independent  and Non-Executive Director of the Company and  is a former Indian Administrative Service official of the Punjab cadre. He has served the Government of India and the Government of Punjab in various capacities. He is presently the Chairman of Central Warehousing Corporation, Swaraj Mazda Limited and Abhishek Industries Limited. He was conferred with the Dayanand Munjal award in 1992 as "Manager of the Year" by the Ludhiana Management Association.

Devang Desai

He has 30 years of experience in working for Corporates of diverse nature. His Finance and Commerce background has given him valuable insights in to business models from a ‘viability and sustainability’ point of view. At Adani, he has extensively been involved in Conceptualising ventures, managing large resource mobilization programmes, initiating process improvements and nurturing alliances. He has been a part of the Adani management for over 14 years and is the current Executive Director & Group CFO.
